Regional Sales Director- California (Remote)

We're searching for a talented Regional Sales Director to propel the growth of our client and seize its current momentum from Series A to Series B. This role promises an exceptional chance to wield substantial influence in a flourishing industry. As the Regional Sales Director, you will:

  • Spearhead prospecting initiatives aimed at major enterprise accounts, employing diverse strategies like AE Prospecting, SDR outreach, Channel partnerships, Customer References, and Marketing campaigns.
  • Assume responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Devise and implement strategies for pipeline development and conversion, emphasizing compelling business cases focused on ROI and value propositions.
  • Effectively qualify opportunities and guide clients through a robust purchasing process.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships to nurture long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and success across our client's customer base.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience, consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Proven proactive hunting ability with a strong execution focus.
  • Proficiency in generating demand within a specified territory and selling innovative solutions.
  • Track record of securing at least 5 net new logos annually, adept at managing complex sales processes.
  • Ability to close intricate Enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders, especially in new or emerging solution categories within the cybersecurity realm.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity within the Cloud/SaaS sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a startup environment ideally seed to Series B.
  • Skill in establishing and leveraging robust relationships within the region, including with CISOs, Partners, and Tech Alliances.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a keen ability to listen and adapt.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment geared towards success.
