Germany -Baden Württemberg (Remote)

Job Description:

As an IT system engineer, you work on customers' infrastructure using different

technologies. You bring in all your experience with the goal of meeting the

requirements of the respective company and ensuring smooth operations. You

accompany network and server projects from consultation to go live, configure and

implement the systems and support you with questions. The challenge is to

understand and support complex, constantly changing structures. This requires

openness and willingness for personal development - because IT never stands still.

Your tasks include:

  • Troubleshooting in 1st & 2nd level support for server and network Infrastructures                
  • Preparation of information about system errors for 3rd level support
  • Installation, configuration and management of client and backend systems
  • Implementing and adapting backup concepts
  • Project management (implementation and conception of customer projects as well as their quality assurance)
  • Planning, implementation and support of complex IT landscapes
  • Support with sales activities
  • Developing and updating documentation

 

 Requirements:

  • Training in IT or comparable studies
  • At least two years of professional experience is desirable
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks
  • Project management principles
  • Existing certification in MCSE or willingness to do so
  • Language skills at least at German C2 and English A2 level
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Customer focus
  • Independent, goal-oriented and proactive work
